Little Shop of Physics is excited to host visiting groups of K-12 students and other organizations at Colorado State University campus.
Engagement Spaces
The cornerstone of our on-campus engagement are the Engagement Spaces! These feature dozens of our hands-on science experiment stations. Learners of all ages can explore various physics topics — electricity, magnetism, light and color, waves, and beyond the rainbow — in a self-directed and inquiry-based way.
There is no charge to visit our Engagement Spaces (though donations are always appreciated)! We have found that groups of 10-20 folks work the best, though we will try to accommodate larger or smaller groups. If you are interested in visiting, please complete this form: https://forms.gle/uDWpfYvBUGSxfUTF7
Finding the Little Shop of Physics
Once we have a date and time confirmed, you’ll need to find the Little Shop of Physics. We are located in the Natural and Environmental Sciences Building on CSU’s Main Campus (1231 Libby Coy Way, Fort Collins, CO 80521). Enter the south tower and take the elevator or the stairs to the third floor, and turn left! (If you enter the north tower, you will encounter a locked door on the 3rd floor.)
